This is a class designed for all experience levels. We will guide you through various projects, you’ll learn many techniques, and how to draw different subjects! With our class, you’ll have a fun, creative experience here you’ll get a chance to connect with others via art and learn new techniques.

Enrollments

Enrollments are for either 4 weeks, or 8 weeks at a time. If you’d like to join mid-session, please email us at inbox@hongyunart. com for a quote.

We offer discounts for current HYA semester students and bring a friend discount (must enroll at the same time.)

Enrollments can be made via the form online here, or in person. The following payment options: check to “Hongyun Art”, Cash and Zelle have a 3.75% discount.

Policies

Missed Class? Please use the form at hongyunart.com/makeup

You can select between Wednesday 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM or Friday 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM

All makeup requests must be done via this form at least 48 hours before the missed or the requested makeup class. Makeups done with less than 48 hours before class may not be allowed or get processed in time.

• Please no calls or emails for makeup classes. If case of sudden illness or emergency, calls are fine to let us know your child will miss class but please use this form to schedule the makeup.

• Please do not show up for a makeup class until you have received and read the confirmation email. You'll receive this after we process the makeup request and have prepared everything for makeup class. If you have not received a confirmation email, most likely we haven't processed your request yet.

• We allow 1 rescheduling of makeup class. If you're unable to come to the makeup after it has been rescheduled, we cannot offer another makeup.

• No credit for missed classes

Withdrawal Policy

We do not offer refunds for the adult class.

We offer a credit hold for future classes (not applicable to previous classes missed) with a 10% deduction of what you paid, starting from the week of notification of pausing class. The credit expires within 1 year, applicable to childrens’ art classes within the same immediate family (no friends unfortunately), future adult art classes, supplies or materials at our shop. The credit is unable to be transferred to anyone outside of your immediate family.
